The tool should allow the editor to name a feed, specify the location (URL) of the feed, activate or deactivate the feed, specify which items (most recent, other criteria?) to display from the feed and how many of said items to show. The tool should allow the editor to decide both what goes int the home page 'News From The Web' box and what appears on the more comprehensive 'News From the Web' page.
