Build initial Pregnancy Health Guru project structure deployment.

Create the initial project files for PHG, via the Zend Framework. Some decisions to make regarding the deployment:

1) What type of session spaces are necessary?
2) What type of organization should the site follow? How should the controller/action structure appear?
3) What database tables are required?
4) How should the style sheets be organized?
5) How should javascript be organized?
6) How much and how can code from NHG be reused on PHG?

Initial Project Deployed in Zend Framework.

Initial database skeleton in place. Limited data currently in database.

Flushed database design. Potential modification exists for Principals to Content, should allow for multiple principals to be associated with a single content (of course, multiple content may be associated with a principal) so a many to many relationship exists where previously there was a one to many. This requires a new table. Also, need a features queue table to manage content feature modeling.
