The master page is composed of:
 1. The background
 2. The left navigation bar
 3. The center column (blank, to be composed as needed by the page)
 4. The right column
 5. The footer
 6. The advertisement header

Note that the individual pages may add or alter elements of the master page layout. Content for most of the page is also derived from the individual page.
