QA Documentation - 10/27/08 (BP)

1. Left nav

  • Bottom border of experts section looks strange (a bit thinner than other borders)
  • New artwork need for Rollover
  • pink highlight looks funny when rolled over (perhaps we should create another image where the pink line fades to blue instead of white).
  • Channels rollovers should have logo for the channel and appear in channel color
  • cannot see experts
  • rollovers should have a heading indicating what is being shown (Categories, Sub-Categories)
  • Expert rollovers should show small bio pic and a little bit of text from the bio.
  • Healthguru.com logo at bottom should link to www.healthguru.com

2. Featured Video/Article section

  • Headline should have more padding on the sides in the blue bar
  • Headline should be centered vertically in the space
  • 'Play' button artwork should be re-done by a designer and grown or change opacity with rollover
  • Featured image not displaying properly

3. Subscribe box

  • rollovers are slow to appear
  • email rollover should have pregnancy channel checked by default
  • when you submit email form it does nt go anywhere (short-term can send to registration) Long term would be nice to collect email and first name right theere as a form of light registration.

Additional Featured videos

  • in the left column we should be showing the most recent video from 5 featured categories. Space 1 is category x, space 2 is Category y, Etc.... There should be controls for this in the back office. This functionality is unique to the pregnancy channel as far as i know.
  • right column... we should have logic preventing duplicates to be featured on both the left and the right. if something is featured on the left we should grab the next most recent video on the right.
  • We also need to avoid duplication with the top featured video

4. Ads

  • Are ads being served on OpenX
