Description

Build an admin tool to manage feature setting for homepage, category and subcategory pages.

The tool should allow the user to pick content from each appropriate site, category or subcategory and add it to a queue to be featured. This queue acts as a manual override to the default behavior of featuring the recent content (less than 3 months old) first by order of recentness.
