Description

Build the border-background for the PHG site, including pink background-gradient, light-blue border cushion, stretched footer, and drop-shadow from blue page onto the pink background.

Added pink gradient background to all pages. Added padding to blue area (via css padding), moved the footer into the main div (so that it no longer spans the entire bottom of the page) and lengthened it's margins (via negative css margins) so that it stretches to the edge of the blue container. Added a piece of Javascript code to render the the drop shadow edges. It would be better to find a dynamic html / css way to do this I feel, since resizing the page, via any javascript action, does not cause the border to re-render. However, for most pages this technique works well.
