27. College tabs need to match the Nav Bar. Change the yellow CHG color to the current blue on in the Nav Bar and also change the text color to match the other tabs.
28. Put PLAY BUTTONS over the vid thumbnails.
30. Place a 1 stroke outline around all art and vid thumbs.
