OUTSTANDING TASKS FOR STRYKER BETA RELEASE
1. Skyscraper Ad needs to be added as a method of the RightCol? class. It must include the 120x600 OpenX invocation code as well as an advertisement label. (RightColTool? Class) [Khaled - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]

23. Provide Comment 'Rating' and 'Flagging' features. Logged in users may rate (+ or -) or flag as inappropriate each comment once.
