PHG Stryker Beta Release Fixes, Phase 1

OUTSTANDING TASKS FOR STRYKER BETA RELEASE

1. Skyscraper Ad needs to be added as a method of the RightCol? class. It must include the 120x600 OpenX invocation code as well as an advertisement label. (RightColTool? Class) [Khaled - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]

4. Modify spacing in Category/Subcategory pages so that the space between the slide show and the first subcategory / videos in subcategory is minimized. (Content/Browse page, phg_browse.css) [Khaled - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]
4b. Apply new Subcategory Design to Subcategory Page [Khaled - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]

5. (LeftNavigator? class, phg_leftcolumn.css)

b. Need to somehow make the Stem in the Left Navigator grow and shrink to accommodate different sizes (heights) of list items. [Khaled - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]
c. Investigate and fix anomaly of Stem appearing without solid box.

6. Redo some of the Left Navigation Artwork (Main pieces, some of the boxes, Art Team should flesh this out).

b. Make the spacing on Health Topics smaller, make the Register Box size-able, make the whole display smaller with the goal of having the whole registration process appear easily in a single regular resolution screen. [Faisal - Done, Awaiting Transfer to Live Server]

25. Added restriction to view count so that a video view count will only be incremented once per session cookie. This session value is stored in videoViewed, an array with keys containing the id of the video. 26. We should change the Featured Category section in the left column of the homepage to reference the category id rather than the name.

27. Sub-Cat pages issues

1. there should be more space at the bottom of the page between the You are Hear box and the box above (10-20 pixels are probably sufficient)
2. in the You Are Here Box the subheading wraps onto 2 lines but the pink highlighting does not. please revise highlighting to fit space.
