It will be working fine and then one channel will turn white when rolled over, but the colored bar and section will appear then quickly disappear.  [[BR]]16. Nav Bar-I think it may be best to NOT change colors of the channel text from Navy Blue to White. Possibly when rolled over/selected we could have this text underlined and stay in it's navy blue color. We should find a way to unify ALL links/roll overs. Since there is so much going on (rollovers, pop overs, etc), it may be best not to have the roll over text change color. [Lila]
