The primary goal of this task is to allow for the display of a label 'Weeks 1-3' and the display of 38 week dots instead of 40. Managing this is the short path to completion of this ticket.

The larger project would make timeline far more generalized and would allow for it's use anywhere.

Dev Testing Passed for FireFox? (Linux and WinXP) and IE 7 (WinXP).

Testable on devpreg.healthgurumedia.com. Confirm that
1. 38 Dots are show, justified to the right.
2. The first dot displays the tag Weeks 1-3.

Note that no content for weeks 1-3 exists on the dev server. The timeline page itself must be tested on the live server (pregnancy.healthguru.com).
