1. Standard Quiz - Results are shown and a 'You Got X right' is shown.
2. Pass / Fail Quiz - Results are shown and a Pass or Fail is shown depending on percent right answers.
3. Evaluation / Percentage - Show a percentage scale or a score from the questions answered and provide a ranking as a result of score.

Also, update the login request page (the page you get if you want the results but are not registered or logged in) for these new quiz type applications.
