Convert video library to 5min. Provide means to use 5min as video repository.

We want to eventually convert our video library over to 5min. However, we want to maintain Blip and tools to connect and upload to their site.

The ideal would be to have a method to switch between the two, maybe via a system variable, that would allow all normal back-office uploading to interface with the appropriate video repository.

Seeking to launch by Nov 31st.

5min will do the following:

1. Create parameter to display video with No Ads and communicate with us proper format to implement
2. Disable their internal 18+ flag for all content with our Partner ID
3. Allow us to generate our own Embed code and display in the embed player code that we send them

• Khaled to deliver examples of our embed code.

4. Send specifications for their API Functionality
5. Send excel file containing all infor for current vids in their system

We will do the following:
6. Khaled will send them our embed code to review
7. Work to develop interfeca between our internal CMS and their API
8. Work on matching our existing videos in 5min system
9. devlop a system to bulk upload all of our content into their system.

potential problems:

10. 5min is not sure if they want us to have 1 or 2 separate accounts with them. 2 accounts might be tough to manage logistically unless they will allow for duplicate content in their system.

11. what do we do when an existing video on their system has a conflict with the metadata in our CMS. We do not want to use their metadata and they do not want to use ours? it may be reason enough to stick with 2 separate accounts. (need to discuss more with 5min)
