Fixes: Basic HTML site--round 2

Looking good! Here are some design elements that should be implemented. Thanks!

-ALL grey title bars should be the same height as the Search box. Please make the text smaller to accommodate if you have to.
-Please make the two lines underneath the homepage featured article hex #d9d9d9.
-Top of feature grey box should line up with the top of the search box _{not the top of the 'Login-Register' text (this is not the case in the Archive page and Survey page).
-On all pages, please remove the grey box behind "Take one our other surveys!" Center this title with two 1pixel x 300pixel #d9d9d9 lines underneath it.}

WATCH PAGE
-please box in the video description and transcript.
-The 'related' videos should not be on a grey background. Please jut put two hex #d9d9d9 lines underneath 'Related' and have the lines the same width as the grey box above it.

Health Guru Homepage
-Line up Health Content with the top of the ad to it's right.
-Justify the Featured text in the Health Content box to the left. Their titles are, but the text is not.

Pregnancy Homepage
-Please see mock up for slightly changed pregnancy timeline.
-'most popular' should be justified with the titles rather than with the numbers.
-the featured titles with thumbs should be justified to the right, so the title is over the image.
-featured thumbnail image is too far to the right. Please move it to the left a few pixels.
-Make the featured boxes 300x250 to match the ad size. (Show less text on the bottom).
-Make sure that our survey ads are matched to the right channel. The sex survey ad is appearing on the PHG homepage.

Watch Page
-Un-bold "views" to match the 'vote' text.
-Make the video title smaller and push everything up.
-move the video description box up to almost touch the video--there's too much dead space inbtwn the video and the description.
-the video description box should be the same width as the video player.
-Implement the 'what's next' in the video player grey box. (please see watch page mock up--this is new). The 'related' vids would be moved to the right column with a scroll bar.
-Provide a box in the comments section even though the user hasn't registered/logged in. If neccessary, due to tech reasons, the comment box could be gray'd out prompting login or registration.

Comments
-rating + & - needs to be underlined implying they are links and also stacked vertically on top of each other.
-Comment needs to wrap before it hits the word 'rating.'
-Flag and Reply also needs to be underlined, then loses the underline when rolled over.
-Replace the pagination 'Next, Last' with numbers.

Category Page
-The grey box behind title should be as tall as the Sear Box. Put "a category in Pregnancy Health Guru" underneath the grey box in a smaller font.
-Add the survey channel logo and take away the gray box in the survey question in the right hand column (see mock up)

Subcategory Page
-The grey box behind title should be as tall as the Sear Box. Put "a subcategory of..." underneath the grey box in a smaller font.
-the numbers under 'views' needs to be centered like Comments and Rating.
-Please implement new survey question design as well.

Article Page
-The featured image doesn't show up.
-More space between paragraphs
-Add contributor, text size, and 'comment on this article'
-Include 'related video' section
-move article/desc/tag/categories below reg box.
-place related videos below Search, then ad, then reg, then art/desct/etc

Archive Page
-Make the A-Z vertical rather than horizontal so that it gets spaced better.
-Put jump links at top of the A-Z section in the same style as "back to top"
-Include Most Recent Comments in the right hand column under Top Rated Articles.

Search Results Page
-Take out gray box.
-Put "Search Results" in a gray box the same height as Search Box
-"Your search for...." goes underneath the gray box in a smaller font
-To separate each entry, put a gray line btwn each result.
-Change Refine Your Search section according to the mock up.

Health Guru Nav Bar Issue:
-On category and subcategory page, the health videos section needs to show up indicating the current cat/subcat with the current location bolded. Similar to how it looks on the watch pages
-Take out the 'Www' infront of Health Tools on the nav bar.
-The line under Health Guru Channels, Experts, etc is red--is it only on my monitor??! Please check. Thanks!

Account Page
-Please see mock up

Profile Page
-add 'AAAAAA, edit your profile' in the bottom right above the line separating profile and activity.
-Add 'AAAAAA's recent activity' as a header in the recent activity section.
-Use numbers for pagination _{not "next, last"
-each activity should be a separate entry (http://www.healthguru.com/user/profile/view/aaaaaa). Look at the video Marijuana, Pot, Dope. There are two actions (comment, rating).
-Include the Search Box in this page
-Please move the profile information closer to the user's picture.}

Expert Page
-'Featured Contents' should say 'Content Featuring Dr....'
-Center 'Featured Content'
-Take grey box and add two #d9d9d9 lines above the heading
-Make expert's name bigger
-Italicize the next two lines (the expert's school and degree obtained)
-The 'Content Featuring' section should float up or down based on content above it. (http://www.healthguru.com/content/expert/id/1/Dr_Marsha_Silberstein) <-- too much dead space
-On grey banner that is horizontal with the search box, write Health Guru Expert.
-Put the register box above "other health experts"

Pregnancy Weekly Landing Page
-The grey title box needs to be justified to the top of the Search box--not the top of the Search box text (http://pregnancy.healthguru.com/content/calendar/week/18)
-The text in the Featured week should take up more space on the right. (provided this doesn't cause issues with other browsers)
-Pleas remove the yellow highlighter in the blog section in the upper right corner (http://pregnancy.healthguru.com/content/calendar/week/8)
-the 'next' and 'previous' week needs to be underlined, and when rolled over, it disappears.

Surveys
-The teen pregnancy survey is messed, yo. The survey description is repeated between the answer and the question along w the profile fields. I have only found that this is the case w this particular survey.

There is an issue on the article pages where the url at the bottom of the page is for a watch page and not an article page. For example 'http://news.healthguru.com/content/article/read/102137/Breast_Cancer_Prevention_Drugs_Worth_the_Risk?siteMode=2' has a link that reads as 'http://news.healthguru.com/content/video/watch/102137' instead of 'http://news.healthguru.com/content/article/read/102137'

Watch pages on Basic should show the expert in the description section beneath the video
