PHG Survey QA- Back-end

These are the QA things that I could not complete:

1. Change colors on pie graphs [maryann]<---Lila said she did this with you, and wants to pick some different ones for PHG if possible

2. can’t skip the first question? is that OK? [maryannn]

3. Tech End of Trying To Conceive 1st time - the image in the middle left of the 6 videos on the right side wasn't there, and wasn't clickable (on the results page)

4. Tech End of Trying To Conceive 2nd time through (retaking the same survey), after answering question #10 I got an "Oops, Page Not Found" error

5. Tech Qu. # 226 After selecting 2 answers to the multipick, the next answer had the skip question message immediately

6. Tech First Page When logged in, gender and age are still asked

7. Tech Survey ID If you use a Survey ID from a different channel, it renders in PHG

8. Tech Question clicked off, then clicked back, Firefox asked me to resend info, then answered question. When I paged forward, I got this

9. Tech/Design Results Page signing in got me to the results, not an e-mail

10. Tech/Design Results Page Results don't indicate what my answer was, and don't have a personalized URL that I can share with others

Current status by issue:

1. Color changes are straightforward, although we need to include a method to select colors based on channels. The next steps are to send the color palette to Lila for selections and the implementation of channel based color sets.

2. This behavior is in place because the original design of the survey used the first question as the basis for asking the profile questions. Skipping the first question introduces the pathway that the profile question can be easily skipped. To allow the first question to be skipped and either reshow the profile question or to prevent skipping if the profile question has not been answered, requires that the skipping routine and the profile display and collection routine need to be rewritten. To avoid this, the initial decision was made to disallow skipping the first question. If this behavior is required, please advise.

3. Content side issue. No picture has been loaded for the survey. This problem should not occur with the live server and is more a normal anomaly of the development server.

4. Keyword 's&m' in this survey was causing problems with the lucene search engine (the ampersand is a problem character). This issue (along with other search engine issues) is scheduled for correction with the Search Engine Module rebuild. The current workaround solution was to rename this keyword to 'sandm'.

5. Problem not yet assessed.

6. Logged in user should have user data checked. No clear design instructions for what to do with checked data. Should fields be set or should the profile questions not be displayed? Should the user have the option of changing them?

7. Problem delayed. Requires general redirection solution for any content page typed by id into any channel.

8. Problem not yet assessed.

9. Currently as designed. Probably should alter the text to reflect that you'll be redirected to the results page if you log in. If an email should be sent, please advise. If access to the results page should be via email link only, please advise.

10. So far cannot reproduce the problem where your answers are not shown. The personalized url is not from design. Any ideas regarding how this works?

Updates :

10. Identified issue where data needs to be transferred from current session to permanent user id based database record. Current in progress. This fix should always cause answers to be shown and data to be linked to the appropriate logged in user.

Fixes:

1. Added color selections based on channel (currently set for Sex and Pregnancy). Added colors based on Lila's palette selection.

5. Problem fixed. Issue with checking if the response was blank. Was only checking if a single (pick one) question had been answered, which for Multi-Pick questions was of course false (a pick one question had not been answered). This was throwing the 'skip this question' flag. Added a check to see if a pick one or a multi-pick answer has been given and if so, do not show the skip flag.

8. Not clear what the behavior should be here. Currently, questions are not re-answerable (i.e. there is no 'go back' behavior), so the back/forward button and refresh button all behave correctly. The current (unanswered) question is displayed. Going back shows answers to previously answered questions. Refreshing simply presents the current question again with no answer. Please advise if behavior should be different. If survey navigation (going back to questions previously answered and being able to change the answers) is needed, it is an enhancement and needs to be ticketed seperately.
