Description

Build the Expert Page for Health Guru (Portal) as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (content/expert)
Front end:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for HG (division allows for potential styling later for individual channels / uses)

Almost done, just needs a little PHP work:
1) Lila is going to add a default picture that should appear when there is no expert of contributor picture
2) The gray channel names for each piece of content under "Content Featuring #" needs to be formatted properly, and it shouldn't say WWW when it's just a health guru video (like on search results page)

Three fixes:

1. Redirect to the 404 error page if the Prinicpal requested does not exist, instead of displaying an expert page with missing content.

2. Show a default image for an expert if they don't have one uploaded.

3. Formatted the Channel names in the Expert's Content section so that the Channel is uppercase and if the channel is 'www' no channel name is displayed (Instead showing just Health Guru).

1. does not link to devwww from archive page…took me to current hg experts page. i had to type in link myself

2. the HG Experts image on the left hand side of the middle col should be centered vertically. Currently it is touching the bottom line

3. Navigation does not go all the way to bottom of the page. there is about 30px of grey btwn bottom of navigation and and top of bottom browser bar
