Description

Build the About Us Page for Health Guru (Portal) as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (info/aboutus)
Front end:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for HG (division allows for potential styling later for individual channels / uses)

The only other thing that needs done is the catnav needs to go into four column mode rather than 3 columns.

Two fixes:

1. Moved the Category Navigation section out of the main content section and into the body of the document. This allows the CatNav? to be sufficiently large enough to handle 4 column format.

2. Partial render of the categorynav now includes the passed parameter columns => 4 which allows for 4 column display mode.
