Description

Provide a page that allows a user to ask a question that is not in the Common Questions page (not checked). This is accessed via the Common Questions page and requires that the user email is captured as well as a question text area. We need to also capture the user information. All data needs to be stored in a log table.

Some kind of display needs to show the dialog between user and tech support person.

A back office management tool for this function is also needed.
