     9- the heading background for a new question should be a slightly darker grey than the heading background for an answer.... similar to the live site.

     11- the answer image is showing up on top of the question pic (http://devbaby.healthgurumedia.com/applications/survey/srvyid/8/qid/82)  This appears to be an issue related to larger text causing the image to move.
