Default Sort control for Sub-Category pages

Description
For most of the subcategories it makes sense to sort the content by most popular as the default when the page loads. However there are few categories below where it would make sense to sort them either by title or have a utility to control the order the content is displayed as the default when the page loads. This is necessary because the content in these sub-categories is best viewed in some sort of chronolgical order.
