Lite Mode Updates (HTML / Basic Mode)

Modify Homepage (index), watch, browse pages primarily and any other noticed pages to more closely look like standard mode pages.

Made some changes to Lite Site, including changing some colors and spacing (changes made primarily to homepage, browse pages, and watch page). Should be tested most extensively in IE6 but should look good everywhere. These changes were made specifically to make lite look more like standard, and are cross-channel.

Just updated all logos to be lite site logos (on a solid background color rather than transparent), which also included some color changes in pregnancy and sex themes to match the colors on standard.

1. the 'Gender' and 'Age' text and drop down lists are not matching up--currently the 'Age' is under the gender DDL and the 'Age' DDL is justified to the left so it lines up with 'Complete the following to get started"

2. the line in the nav bar is dark red--should be black.

3. The home page on LITE BHG--the category icons are sitting on a gray background. i think this is sanity because the other channels have their respective cat icons on white. Do you need art for this?
