HG: Register page updates

1. On the register page – the “confirm password” rolls onto two lines which messes up the spacing for the birthday and gender below.
2. there should probably be a little more space between each of the input boxes, they are currently touching each other vertically…
3. On the bottom of the page, the “Health Conditions A-Z” “Health Guru Home” are right justified instead of being below the grey box. In addition, it says, Health Guru Home twice…
