Build Companion Ads Banner that Fly-Out

Tremor and any other service with a companion banner, requires the companion ads banner must show up with the related preroll video ads, otherwise the preroll doesn't play.

To solve the conflict between companion ads banner and our other ads showing up in the 300*250 square ads box, one extra ads zone should slide in and play the related companion ads once the preroll begins.

Sliding-in and out the extra ads zone was done by using Javascript;

To trigger the Sliding-out event was done by setting a JWplayer 100% buffered callback.

In order to trigger the sliding-in event, three conditions must be met:
1. Has preroll
2. The preroll slot has companion ads
3. The renderer of the slot must be Tremor
Once all of these three are met, a call to external Javascript can be fired from the freewheeladm.swf and slide in the extra ads zone.

The checking for 1&2 were done, may need supports from Freewheel about how to retrieve renderer information so that the check for whether Tremor slot or not can be done.

The final check, #3, is unnecessary. Satisfying conditions 1 and 2 is sufficient to cause the external Javascript to fire.
