Description

Need to be able to target advertising campaigns generally against survey pages (by channel).

Added site section "<channel_id>_Survey", using that exact capitialization (ie, site section for pregnancy channel is '1_Survey') to target advertising specifically against a channel's survey pages (controller: /applications, actions: /survey, /surveyresults, /surveys)

Updated getHAM to process these actions appropriately.
