All calls to the quiz pages (quiz and quizzes) should use Standard mode instead of lite

Requests for the quiz application pages should always use standard mode even if called from an unsupported browser (IE6).

This allows complete access to quiz from all browsing types.

Note that this solution is not the ideal, but will solve our issues with not having a lite version of quiz currently available.
