Provide universal content redirection based on home channel

Various content elements (videos, articles, surveys, etc) should check when displayed and if necessary, redirect to the appropriate home channel as per the content's home channel id. Display should of course, be of the same format (videos show in a video template, surveys in a survey template, etc).

- can be tested by going to http://devsex.healthguru.com/content/video/watch/100481 and it should redirect
- also works for experts/expert page, test by going to http://devsex.healthguru.com/content/experts

Need to also provide Survey Redirection to the appropriate home channel, check that surveys' have home channels.

- videos articles already works
- all info pages added
- archive page
- user/register myprofile and profile

most of them dont have visible links, to test need to type manually
