Admin tool in
http://devwww.healthguru.com/admin/missingcontent
it will show a list of contents that has missing information in the content in category relation table but has a home channel,category and subcategory

Just need to click Fix to fix it.

- Fix for all new content that is added will be automatically added in content in category relation table
