On Results Page:
1. Text Content for tSTD ad needs to read differently (see attached image).

2. Video description text should read:
How often do you think the average person gets tested for STDs? It just might be more common than you think! Watch this video to find out more...

3. Center is missing an "s" - enter your zip code to find additional testing center"s"

4. Add referrer code to links to tSTD site pages.

In Quiz:
1. Are you a Man or a Woman question is not displaying it's associated image.

2. total responses in the question box - the t gets obscured on some browsers when more than 3 responses.

3. Remove 'Skip this Question' from all questions in quiz.

4. Having How Many sexual partners have you had? as the top question does not yield a reason in the results page.

1. Altered tSTD ad.
2. Added video description below video.
3. Added s to template.
4. Added referral code Guru to main ad and GuruPSC to testing site links.

Quiz:
1. Not repeatable.
2. Moved total responses with margin-left:5px
3. Removed Skip Question from quiz.
4. Fixed first question reason bug.

Also:

Removed answers from displaying when user does not provide a response and does not skip the question.

BASIC TEST PLAN:

1. Take the tSTD quiz at http://sex.healthguru.com/applications/survey/srvyid/25
2. Answer the first question. Ideally pick a high response.
3. Confirm that the Skip Question link does not appear on question #2 onwards. Ideally pick low score options.
4. Confirm placement of total responses text is correct.
5. Confirm that pressing the next question button without picking a response does not result in a message with a Skip Question link.
6. Confirm that answer does not appear when no response provided.
7. Finish quiz, confirm that Video Description reads correctly.
8. Confirm that tSTD ad reads correctly.
9. Confirm that tSTD ad link includes ref code Guru.
10. Confirm that spelling of Centers is correct.
11. Confirm that links to testing centers include ref code GuruPSC.
12. Confirm that first question produces a reason for being high score result.
13. Confirm that second reason appears correctly and with a reason.
14. Confirm that other surveys still work properly.
15. Confirm that surveys show no answers when user provides no response.
