Build a Swine Flu risk quiz and results page. Utilize current quiz technology. Build results page for use with College site.

Generally, this should be scoped into a more robust quiz application. Need process for handling results page and scoring.

Finished making the phtml look like the mock-up with CSS. Now it should just need a little functionality thrown in and it should be good to go!

This project will become a generalized quiz application. The specificity of this project is a design and code sink and will not be done.
