It would be great if we could create a report that showed the following

ID, Username, Full Name, Email, Date, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Which best describes you,

In addition, we should be able to narrow this report by date and export to excel.

Admin Tool (Reports->Sweepstakes Entries) exists to list LaLuna? Entries now.

TEST PLAN:
1. From the Admin, choose Reports-Sweepstakes Entries.
2. Verify that entrants for the Sweepstakes are correct.
