300 x 600 - (Half Page Ad unit)

I would like to add the following ad-unit size to the following pages.

Watch Page (lower right column beneath more on this topic)
Category Page (lower right column beneath more on this topic)
Sub-Category Page (lower right column beneath more on this topic)
Article Page (lower right column beneath more on this topic)

In some cases where there is a 120x600 unit in this space we should replace it with this 300x600 ad unit.

How do i test? can you set up a zone in openx that points to dev?
