Description

Make the content publish start date work.
needs to not show content when the publish start is not started yet.

fixed,
all draft content will be updated if date is equal to today, by daily cron
unpublished content will not be selected need to make it to draft mode if you want script to handle the publish_start

to test,
make a content draft for today and hit
http://devwww.healthgurumedia.com/script/cron/interval/daily
then check if its published
