Bio pictures on next/previous author buttons are badly distorted

Description

The aspect ratio between the author bio pics and the pics on the next/previous buttons is significantly different and is causing the images to distort. Correct the sizing of the bio next/previous images to match that of the bio pic.

Added an id to the images of both next and previous button and resized the images to be 70x52 (height by width) pixels. This is analogous with the aspect ratio of the contributor images being displayed.

SVN revision 69 contains all necessary changes.
