Add commenting to articles

Following designs, provide a means for adding and displaying comments tied specifically to articles. Users must be logged in to comment, so provide for logging in as well.

1. "Post a Comment" text in text box should be left justified and not centered.
2. in the messaging.... You must be logged in to speak your mind. Please Login or Signup for an Account". 'Login' and 'Signup' should be hyperlinked. This messaging should also have some sort of box around it and a background.
3. When the log-in box pops-up it should have a close button and a button to register if login is unsuccesful _ this box should also be designed by Lila
4. Sign-up should also be a pop-up box that contains all of the fields from the smaller version of the sign-up page - this should also be designed by Lila
5. When logged-in the subscribe box should be replaced with a my account box saying Welcome "First Name" Etc...
6. We should have text-links at the top of the page that say "Welcome, Username" "My Account" "Login/Log Out"
7. When replying to a comment and the new text box shows up ... the old comment box at the bottom of the page should be greyed out and unusable.
