Need a Tool to Manage RSS Feeds in 'News From The Web'

Description

We need a back-office tool to allow editors to add/delete/modify external RSS (Atom, etc) feeds. The tool should allow the editor to name a feed, specify the location (URL) of the feed, activate or deactivate the feed, specify which items (most recent, other criteria?) to display from the feed and how many of said items to show. The tool should allow the editor to decide both what goes int the home page 'News From The Web' box and what appears on the more comprehensive 'News From the Web' page.

Additionally, we would like to validate the Feed when it is submitted, so that invalid feeds are not accepted.

Utility can add, delete, and change status. Haven't implemented editing because it seems kind of silly at this point since all they'd be able to edit would be the feed names.

Plan to add tracking of how many times aparticular feeds within a channel are displayed. Or perhaps how often particular channels get consumed so that we can balance the display of rss feeds so that early birds do not dominate.

After first stage review, need to work on making the tool form user friendly. Need to clean up the table. Add to the table the ability to control where the feed appears. Add to the table the ability to control how many items from the feed are to be read.
