Databanq watch page Redirects

As part of a deal with Databanq we have agreed to a temporary redirect of traffic to the following watch pages.

1. (http://www.healthguru.com/content/video/watch/100236/Breast_Enhancement_Basics) should redirect to (http://www.bestplasticsurgery.net/surgery-videos/?id=10)

2. (http://www.healthguru.com/content/video/watch/100237/Liposuction_101) should redirect to (http://www.bestplasticsurgery.net/surgery-videos/?id=11)

- added, this is hardcoded temporarily, reply to this ticket

- to enable redirects add the system variable, temporary_redirect with value 302, to turn off delete the variable or make it 0

Dev Testing:

This works specifically with the two content items listed above. Please let us know if this needs to be generalized into a database-driven back-office tool (note that there is a modest optimization improvement from directly hardcoding this).

This is currently live. The system variable is currently turned off.
