Video Watch Box Fixes

The video watch box holder in the /content/video action (video.phtml template) has been modified to be a series of floating variable height divisions instead of fixed height absolute positioned divisions. This allows for the flexible growth and manipulation of these divs and the content within them.

The new variable height divisions cannot use the old artwork, so new CSS should be defined for them. Where possible, CSS styles should be used over background images.

The CSS template files for the video watch box elements is located at /css/<channel name>/content_video.css

Just a note--the co-reg box is still a little wacky. Sometimes it comes down in the right place, and sometimes it doesn't. It's already floating left though.

Dev Tested in Firefox 3.5, 3.0 and IE 7 (FF 3.0 and IE7 testing in WinXP environ).
