This project was developed by Multi-programming Solutions, Ltd. (MPS), a 3rd party to which programming was outsourced. The project manager for this is Gary Sedyh (email: g.sedyh@…).

The project is currently deployed on the silo-ed (i.e. isolated) SugarGlider? server (97.107.139.26). This is a standard LAMP (Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04) server (not Nginx) specifically setup as per requirements from Multi-programming Solutions (MPS). Server root access is currently in the hands of the 3rd party (presumably, they have not changed the root password, so we still hold joint access).

By agreement, MPS deployed the original project and performed configuration. Tech will eventually assume responsibility for this project once it is released officially.
