Build a script which can read a csv and htm file, parse them for data, then form and create articles in the database.

The script must be able to handle all aspects of article creation including linking articles to categories and subcategories and linking articles to principals.

Mostly built. Just need to handle principals. Need some direction on what the principals are and whether to automate them or simply manually add them and then make changes to the csv.
