New footer and "Follow us on...." addition

Hello!
We have now added a new feature to the footer so the user now has the option to follow or track us on Twitter, FB, MS, YT, etc. We have also added this feature to the 'you are now registered' box which pops up in a lightbox over the reg page once the user has registered for the first time.

You will also notice that the RSS/Newsletter button is gone from the right hand side. It is now added to the footer as well. Once the user clicks on the RSS or Subscribe to newsletter link at the footer, a lightbox will appear with the appropriate options, a submit button, and a close box.
