Basic email templates

1. logo is not showing
2. it should show 5 pieces of content rather than 3
3. should have a different template for each channel and show the appropriate logo
4. the leadStory should have a healdine abe it that say "Related Article" and the size of the font should be much smaller to fit with the design on the rest of the email.
5. The categories at the bottom on the left should have a header above them saying "Pregnancy Health Guru Categories" and each category should have the category name below it as a text link.
