Coregistration 2nd Gen Enhancements

1. Add Disqualifying Responses to Coreg. Certain questions (must be combo or date type fields) cause an offer to not be sent (disqualify) the offer. All data is kept, just a disqualifying note is added and no send (Transmit) occurs.

2. Transmission Caps. After a specific number of sends have happened over a time period, stop future transmissions and stop showing the coreg ad. Reset the cap as appropriate.

3. Add position UI to Manage Offer page of Admin Tool.

4. Add Privacy Policy link to Coreg Information box.

5. Pre-populate Coreg fields from existing user fields if such fields exist.

1. Added Disqualification via a rules set. Certain fields must pass these rule tests otherwise the offer is not transmitted. It is however, stored.

2. After a specific number of transmissions over a time period, the offer is no longer displayed until the time period elapses.

3. Position sorting of fields requested from the user in the offer is now available in the back office.

4. The privacy policy now appears on the coreg information box.

5. Delayed to 3rd Generation.

- Added a Timestamp report option for the coreg transmission.

- Added more advanced parsing with character removal list. after the parsing range, add the keyword "rem" followed by a comma-separated list of characters for purging. e.g. '5-10:rem,-,*,a' will parse from character 5 to 10 and remove the characters -,*, and a wherever they appear in the parsed string. Note that comma (,) characters cannot be removed since they are used as deliminators.

- Fixed the position of the coreg lightbox so that it does not move with the window scroll. This allows for a larger set of coreg questions to be displayed.
