Build an alternate site experience using only HTML operations (exclude Javascript, AJAX, etc).

The litesite is ready for some QA! go to any of the dev sites (devpreg.healthgurumedia.com for instance) and click on the "lite mode" link below the leftnav. This should take you to the light version of the site. The only pages left to complete are calendar pages, which should be done by this afternoon (8/24). Everything else should be working.

PHG HOMEPAGE

-The feature section should rotate. If not possible, then please add links to the bottom right "1, 2, 3, 4, 5" Please underline all links that are not currently visible
-Hex # on the Register box and feature box should be #d9d9d9
-Hex # for the SEARCH box needs to be #ff7eb6 (pink). 'login/reg' need to be above the SEARCH box rather than in the You Are Here dark pink at the top of the page
-The time line needs to be in the white background.
-In the timeline, we should have the text '1rst trimester' line up above the start of the first trimester boxes (week 1-3), then '2nd trimester' line up above the week 13, and '3rd trimester' above the week 27.
-"Pregnancy Timeline" should be a few pixels larger than the other timeline text.
-In the timeline legend, the '3rd' trimester square color doesn't match the color on the actual timeline.
-the category graphics shouldn't stretch to fill that space-they are all 74x58. They are also the wrong icon graphics. They should be the ones with the category name actually IN the graphic. Let me know if you don't have those.
-The featured video grey bar shouldn't stretch all the way across the square. Also, it's too dark. The hex #: efefefe
-We are missing the GETTING STARTED section
-Include the surveys
-Include You Are Here section at bottom (on all pages)
-No strokes around SEARCH, title bar & Register box.
-The tags should be underlined, then when rolled over, should become Un-Underlined
-the URL & "embed" under the video should be on the same line so that they each take up half of the width of the grey box.
-All text in the title banners should be in black. They are sometimes in white currently.
-change 'lite' to Basic HTML.
-Directly below the nav bar, please write: Now Viewing In: basic HTML | standard. The user view NOT currently showing would be underlined.
-Remove the graphic and text below the nav that says "This channel brought to you by HealthGuru?"
-Please move FACEBOOK, MYSPACE, etc from underneath the video to underneath the nav bar. Just stack them.
-Please see new mock up for the featured space below the article and description. It includes the categories and the sub category text links--no imgs.

PHG WATCHPAGE

-Please see above for the universal channel changes (colors, placement of the facebook, myspace icons, etc).

-The rating may be better to put on one line on the same line as 'views' above the video box. Please but all the info on one line.
-I don't think that there should be a box around the reply text in the comments section. The light grey with a top stroke is clear and there is no need for that thick side stroke on the left.
-Mock up watch page. move FB, MS, DIGG, etc icons up so they're directly below the URL/EMBED which is now on one line
-The video title should be on the grey, not on the pink bar

PHG SUBCATEGORY PAGE

-The text 'Featured Video' should be outside of the grey box.

-Since we can't rotate the videos, we should do it manually and put numbers in the bottom right so the user understands they can flip manually through different videos with their appropriate description, title, and image.
-There is no light grey box behind the center section of the page. Just the dark grey box that the image is in with the hex #: 676767.
-There should be two lines underneath the dark grey box separating the featured videos and the comments (there is only one right now). The hex # for the grey lines should be #d9d9d9
-The icon is missing in the About Section on the top right column. It also needs a grey bar around it on a white background. The hex# for grey is: #d9d9d9.
-Include the Popular Tags in this same 'about' box below the category description.
-A call out quiz question is also missing from the right hand column

Corrected Co-reg Issues:
1. Coreg Form fill in error: Was failing to capture data if form information was missing. The system was simply throwing back an error. Data is now captured and fields are subsequently renewed in the event of an error. (Added a call to storeValues method from RegistrantModel? that commits the POST then calls the rendering of custom fields with the error array).

To Verify: Add some data to any field. Leave a required field blank or filled incorrectly. Verify that information is preserved even though error flags ('Invalid X') are generated and displayed. Verify that correcting the information makes the form work.

2. The position of the register box was moved below the ad box. Changes made to partial/user_coregister (simple change of echo order).

To Verify: Observe /user/coregister/oid/1 page.

- The 728x90 Advertisement on the top needs to be marked with “ADVERTISEMENT”
– Nav Bar:  when you are on a watch page, only the current category w/ subcategories is displayed, NOT all 5 categories.  This may affect other places too.
–The “Follow us on” links – the icons are not aligned with the links.
E – Hon Code label on the bottom left is not aligned with the text evenly or spaced evenly
F – Breadcrumb – when you get down to the category level or lower, only the first two items (Health Guru/Pregnancy Health Guru) are underlined, not the category/sub-cat/video title. (every page except the one you are currently on should be underlined)

Homepage
– Within each of the category boxes, the titles of the featured videos sometimes overlap, which looks sloppy.
– Similarly, within the featured portion of the category boxes, the left half is all the way up against the right border, and right next to the content on the right, but the content on the right has a big margin to it’s right.  I.e. in the image below, Safe ZZs is right up against the left wall, and Sex & Selecting Your Baby’s Gender is right up against Safe ZZZs, but there’s a bunch of open space to the right.  This will look a lot better if we fix the margins here.
– In some places, like the Post-Partum Depression unit at the bottom of PHG home, the text doesn’t appear next to the image (everywhere else it does).  Similarly, in the box above that, Safe ZZZs for expecting moms, there’s a weird space in the middle of the text.  I think this is happening when there is a word that’s too big to fit in the space on the left, so there may not be an easy fix, but it looks bad.

Expert pages
- should remove the grey background from the main feature section

REGISTRATION
- If you enter your e-mail on the homepage, and click go, the resulting page has 2 big ugly red boxes telling you your username and password are required.
- The register box should be on the bottom right, not the bottom left, to encourage people to use the “What Health Topics Interest You?” box
- One or more newsletters should be pre-checked (the channel you originated from, or the main HG newletter).

-All of the homepage categorybox problems were fixed by changing it from 2 featured articles to 1. There just wasn't enough space for all of the text of 2 featured articles. Maybe we can revisit this in the future, but this is the best/quickest answer for now and it looks 100% better.

- removed the gray background from the featured sections on both expert and all experts pages

CATEGORY PAGES
- the survey question in the right colum now has a header, it says “ChannelName? Health Guru Surveys”

– the A-Z section was changed to have 3 letters across and then clear to the next line. This leaves open spaces but it very easy to glance at and immediately understand.
