Description

Build the 404 Error Page for Baby Health Guru as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (error/index)
Front end is two tasks:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for BHG

404 Error Page-

Pls refer to the mock up, BHG_404.jpg. It's the same except that the You Are Here is added and the heading bar language has changed.

1. The artwork is missing from the 'Browse Baby Health Guru' section. There are broken imgs with a "?" visible in Safari, and it's just blank in Firefox. (the artwork being icons for the videos, surveys/quizzes, articles, etc)
2. There are two You Are Here sections at the bottom--only needs one.
