Updates and Fixes for the Article Page

firefox macOS 10

1. roll over action when user rolls over one of the 'Related' squares should change to #d9d9d9 gray on the whole square.
2. thumbnail on the top three featured videos, articles and surveys needs to be pushed to the bottom (currently is directly under the title)
3. the word 'comments' needs to be in a #e7e7e7 title bar box (pls make this the width of the the double lines directly above it
4. the close box in the upper right hand corner of the login/reg box below the comments--pls move it up so there is equal space to the right of it and also above it

1. Additional requirement: Clicking in the region when rolled over should also send the user to the relevant content page. Note that this should probably be a Javascript driven action.

- replace the related section at the bottom of the article with the What's Next section

- Add the more content from [category] section to the right column

- Order of the right column should be Search box, related video, join the newsletter, 300x250 ad, more content from [category], tags

- we should remove the categories section from the right column (not needed)

this looks good.... a few minor nits.

1. i dont think the 'whats next' section needs double lines above it.
2. the default text size appears to be the largest size.. it should be the middle size.
