Updates and fixes to the feature slideshow

This is the feature slideshow that is currently featured at the top of the homepage.

homepage slideshow

1. pls eliminate the tab artwork and make rounded in code (even though the round'ness will not appear in Safari).
*we are making this change because the tabs show up two-toned in certain browsers.
2. center the featured question so there's equal space below it to the answer drop down menu and above it to the bottom of the tabs (currently it is closer to the ddb)

Firefox 3.5

1. Satisfies coloration problem. Still uses artwork. Passes dev testing.
2. Difficult to quantify this due to potential question lengths. However, looks good to me. Passes dev testing.
