Description

1. Missing space between period and answers
2. Need some sort of heading that says Sexh Health Guru Survey with the channel logo (to differentiate from ads)
3. Destination page after giving answer is the regular survey start page - what really needs to happen is that it goes to the survey start page but question 1 is replaced with the question the user just answered and their answer is filled in. Then the user simply needs to enter the survey and complete the remaining questions for the survey.
4. NEED TO BE ABLE TO EXCLUDE QUESTIONS FROM Ever Being Featured - don't want "anything in rectum" question showing up an inopportune time.
