Right Column: Single Question
1. Missing space between period and answers
2. Need some sort of heading that says Sexh Health Guru Survey with the channel logo (to differentiate from ads)

General Survey Things
2. Survey Results The word "Survey Results" abuts the line above it at the top.
3. Answer Blocks should show # of responses listed.
4. If you click "Skip Question," the message which comes up has several text elements overlapping
6. Answer Blocks The "%" should all line up equally, not just be left justified
9. Question Blocks The "Skip This Question" link rolls out of the box when there are 4 answers
12. For "Your Birth Story: Delivery and Labor," the results page title (including the word survey) doesn't fit in header

Khaled-- there is only one thing left that needs done for this, and it involves more coding than I am currently familar with:
