Updates and fixes to the Related Content Box

This box currently shows up in the righthand column and contains related content from the same category/subcategory

1. pls replace the current article default png for the one attached to this ticket. (this is a transparent newspaper img--seeing the newspaper appear on a white background is too much of a contrast against the gray background of the some of the 'what's next' sliders and also the roll over gray of the 'related content' box in the rt hand col)

2. add the words 'article,' 'video,' 'survey,' etc centered above the thumbnail on the left hand side. we are doing this so the user knows what kind of content they're clicking on since this box changed from 'related videos' to 'related content'

- please remove the underline from the story headline... the underline should apear with rollover (i believe this is the standard for almost all story headlines).

- the text size for the story headlines should be the same size as "Video Description:" on the video watch page. Right now appears to be too big.
