QA--Lila. Dec 11, 2009
Firefox. MacOS 10

1. Log In & Register text should always be left justified (I found in most cases, they are, but they are centered in the Survey Results Page)
2. Left justify the 'submit' buttons at the bottom of each column
3. the lightboxes that appear when user starts to enter text in text field (username, email, login, etc)--artwork appears. please use use the style of box like you used for the comments section.
4. since this lightbox won't have a 'tail' to indicate which box 'enter username,' etc will be coming from, overlap the box with the right hand corner of the text field.
*mock entitled "LoginRegForm?.jpg" is attached to this ticket for reference

Please note: lightbox here refers to the tooltip element (i.e. the one that pops on hover).

See the Comment Policy tooltip. The behavior of this element should be static however, that is it does not move with the mouse like the comment policy does. Instead it stays in place where the current balloon appears now.

Replying to deepu:
1. Log In & Register text should always be left justified (I found in most cases, they are, but they are centered in the Survey Results Page)---now they are left justified<--- now it is left justified in both the dropdown and on results page

2. Left justify the 'submit' buttons at the bottom of each column--submit button is on left side

3. the lightboxes that appear when user starts to enter text in text field (username, email, login, etc)--artwork appears. please use use the style of box like you used for the comments section. -- no artwork just boxes<--- I adjusted the CSS, should appear like in the mockup now

4. since this lightbox won't have a 'tail' to indicate which box 'enter username,' etc will be coming from, overlap the box with the right hand corner of the text field.

A. There is a problem with the use of the css box when the user submits registration with errors.

1) Go to http://devbaby.healthgurumedia.com/content/video/watch/102185/Childcare_Choices_for_Your_Baby
2) In the Comments section, click the 'Register' hyperlink.
3) Click the 'Submit' button under the Register section without filling out any items in the form.

Content appears outside of box. This error also appears on the Home page login/register box.

B. Unrelated Error: Two register/login boxes can be displayed simultaneously.

1) In the comments section, click Log In, a login/register box slides in.
2) Click the 'submit' button. An error message is displayed and a second login/register box slides in above the first.
Now two login/register boxes are present.

C. No error messages are displayed when using the Login/Register form on Survey Results page:

1) Go to http://devbaby.healthgurumedia.com/applications/surveyresults/srvyid/8, verify that you are NOT logged in.
2) Click either submit button.

No error message of any kind is displayed. Note that if you do successfully fill out the 'Log In' or 'Register' section of the form it works. Otherwise, it just appears like nothing happens when you click submit. This problem appears specific to the Survey Results page.
